I'm very pleased to announce that we're adding Creole food to the Cajun site.

About the only change you'll see is the addition of "Creole" to our title...the site address, forum and my e-mail will remain the same.

We'll also be listed under "Regional Cooking" instead of "Food," which is a better classification for us.

I'm very excited about our expansion, and hope you'll enjoy it!

Not yet, but it's a great idea, thanks!

I'm sort of "out of comission" for about another week; I sold my house in NJ, and while I've been living in DC for about 2 years, most of my "stuff" was moved down here just this week.

When the dust settles here, I'll be back to my usual level of activity, and that article will be top on my list. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Living away from Louisiana has me realising that some don't make a distinction between the two. I'd love to see an article on this topic.
