pangolin - The pangolin is a long-tailed, sticky-tongued mammal that feeds at night, sleeps during the day, and rolls into a tightly packed ball when threatened. The tongue of a pangolin can be extended about 2 feet, and has muscular roots that attach to the animal's pelvis! Pangolins completely lack teeth, and the lower jaw is a small bone that is shape like a blade. Some pangolins live in trees but most are ground dwellers.
Pangolins are currently on the endangered list because they are being hunted for their scales.

Toad Bufo calamita found in Europe and Britain. It is smaller than the common toad, with shortened hind limbs and short, almost webless, toes; it is yellowish-brown, with a yellow line down its back. It moves by walking or by short runs instead of hopping. The male has a vocal throat sac which, when distended, is larger than the head.
