According to Hypnotherapist Victoria Wizell, what are 7 signs that a person has been hypnotized? (Remember, all answers can be found on the New Age site. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> )

7 signs a person has been hypnotized:
1. You will feel ultra relaxed and comfortable
2. Your breathing will slow down
3. Your limbs may feel a little numb or tingly
4. You may experience a sense of heaviness, like you just cant move... or a sense of lightness, almost like your body is drifting away and that you are not even there.
5. You may notice that you feel a bit more emotional or euphoric
6. You find yourself having a strong desire to respond to the hypnotists suggestions.
7. You may lose sense of time; i.e you may feel that you have only been in hypnosis for 5 minutes when it has been 30...or visa versa...you may feel that it has been 3 hours, when it has only been 30 minutes.

I was hypnotized once in college by one of those entertainer hypnotists. Lots of fun!

How fun for you, Ri! Did you realize you were hypnotized?

I've never been hypnotized "in person" before, but Victorial Wizell's audios do a wonderful job of it. I didn't think it would be as effective, but apparently, it is! It's amazing how quiet the mind gets afterwards...and how darn relaxing it is!
