This week's challenge:

The men begin the episode by working out when Derrick comes in and asks why some of the men arent using weights. He says that he is not worried that he will be leaving because he is a good player. Eric, however, says that Derrick is a loose cannon and that can hurt sometimes. Meanwhile, the girls discuss how the guys are getting cocky after their four wins, and that when the girls finally win a mission, it will feel very good.

The teams get the text message for their next mission, and the girls are disappointed that it says to bring their bathing suits. When they arrive, Johnny tells the teams that the next mission is called The Junk Boat. In the middle of the beach, there is a large pile of trash. Each teams leaders will alternate taking things from the pile until they think they have enough things to build the boat They cannot, however, begin building any part of the boat until they agree that they are finish picking. At that point, that team will begin to build the boat. Once the boat is complete, seven people will row their boat around a buoy and back where the other seven teammates will do the same. The first team to complete the two laps will win the mission and each person will receive a trip for two to Greece.

When the teams pick their leaders, Robin quickly volunteers for the girls. Angela also volunteers after being pressured by Coral to do so because of her strong puzzle solving skills. The guys, following their plan to rotate leaders, choose Derrick as one, which worries some people because he doesnt make much sense when strategizing. Halfway through strategizing in the mission, Angela says that she is very unsure of the things that are being said and that she no longer wants to be a leader. To replace Angela, Veronica volunteers to be a leader without realizing what she was getting into. Angela realizes that she was pressured into being a leader because some people want her gone.

After the thirty minutes, the girls announce that their leaders will be Veronica, Robin, and Ruthie, while the men put out Mike, Randy, and Derrick. The mission begins and the girls, who get first choice, pick an oar out of the pile. The guys mock their first decision because they think that they can use anything to row. Both teams keep picking, with the girls concentrating on buoyant things, and the guys picking out large things that will allow them fit on the raft. At one point, the guys lose a turn when Derrick tries to connect pieces of PVC pipe.

Soon after, the girls decide that they have finished picking and want to begin building. They quickly get their boat ready, and get it on the water while the guys are still building. In the girls first heat, however, Coral doesnt think that Angela is not putting in enough effort into rowing. The guys finally get out into the water, but they cannot figure out how to steer it correctly. The first group of girls finish their heat, with the guys finishing their heat a while later. The girls stay ahead of the boys throughout the whole second heat, and they win their first mission as well as what they think is the best prize so far, a trip to Greece.

After the mission, Derrick and Mike both feel that they could be the one leaving. On the girls side, Ruthie says that Angela thinks that she will be going home, but there isnt a great reason for her to go home. For the first time, the non-leaders on the guys team need to select who will leave, and they all agree that both Mike and Derrick could easily be the one to leave. For the girls team, Robin, Veronica, and Ruthie first say that Cynthia upset them when she once said that she would never be a leader. Also, they agree that there are people who are stronger than her. The three girls then come to Angela. Robin and Veronica wonder about how she stepped down once she was chosen as a leader. Ruthie defends Angela, saying that it was good that she didnt try to lead when she didnt have any ideas. Meanwhile, Angela is on the phone, thinking that she will be going home and that everyone will be happy about it.

On the way up to Elimination Hill, the three girl leaders worry that their decision may not go over well with the girls, even though they think it is the best decision. First, Dan announces that the person that will leave from the guys team is Derrick because of his disqualifications, performance, and leadership. For the girls, Robin, Ruthie, and Veronica say that Cynthia is going home because of performance and her unwillingness to step up as a leader. The whole team except for Cynthia herself gets upset at the decision to send her home. Angela is glad that she isnt leaving, but she says that it hurts because everyone wanted her to leave. According to Ruthie, though, Angela is a good competitor and is very much underestimated.

At the girls house, everybody lashes out about the decision, but Cynthia is defending the leaders because she realizes that she is leaving because she said she wouldnt be a leader. Many of the girls still think that there were better decisions (like Angela). At the guys house, the boys send home a sad Derrick who doesnt want to leave. Derrick says that having to leave sucks, but he did learn a lot while he was there. Back at the girls house, Robin explains that she did not want to make it personal, and Angela has performed well in the missions. The rest of the girls are divided between deciding strictly on performance, or by letting other things get involved in the voting decisions. Sophia sums it up by saying that winning the mission is their downfall because it took away the semi-unity that they had.

Next time on Battle of the Sexes 2: Angela and Franks friendship grows and Mike is on thin ice in the next paintball mission.

I'm glad the girls finally won a challenge. But if they keep fighting I'm not sure how many more they will win. I wonder why Mike "the Miz" has been performing so bad this season usually he is one of the top players. He is also competing on WWE's Tough Enough to become a wrestler.

How much longer can Angela actually last? Or have Robin, Ruthie and Veronica just put themselves in vulnerable positions I wonder?

And yes, what on earth has happened to the Miz this season? Theo and Abe have been quiet too!

I wish they would have just voted Angela off. All she does is complain and whine about nobody liking her. They could have voted Cynthia off next. But that would mean less drama and would actually make sense. Which these girls seem not to have sometimes. What about ABe and Coral they are such a weird couple!! I've watched every season and they usually barely talk and now all of the sudden they're in love???

Yeah - she has gone!

Weird couple indeed. I wonder if the Abe-Coral relationship was a "this will make a good storyline and should get us some extra air time" set-up. Hmmm. It just doesn't make sense.
