As a city dweller who has some sunny windows but no dirt to command, I am a container gardner. There are a series of shelves with plants in the living room, and we are looking at expanding to window boxes.
Anyone else out there got a green city thumb? I'm looking for suggestions for what would do well in a window box with a moderate climate and an eastern exposure?
