I can't seem to be able to think of any good middle names for these:

Amour
Astoria
Aurelie (or-RAY-lee)
Aurelie (or-RAY-lee-uh)
Salom (sal-o-MAY)
Whitney
Padma
Petra (PAY-trah)
Phaedra (FAYE-drah)
Deidra (DEE-drah)
Deirda (DEER-drah)
Thaedra (THAY-drah)
Karyn (KA-ryn)

Could any of you suggest some middle names, please? TIA

Hannah

IceQueen,

My niece's middle name is ANAIS. When my sister chose that I said, I've only heard of one ANAIS why don't you pick something else. LOL

Now, I think it's a great fit. My niece's name is ELENA ANAIS.

How about:

Amour Veronica
Astoria Marie
Aurelie Faith
Aurelie Joy
Salom Vanessa
Whitney Anne
Padma Paige
Petra Catherine
Phaedra Tiffany
Deidra Aileen
Deirda Ellen
Thaedra Denise
Karyn Andrea

Yes, I know the middle names are more common but I have a firm belief that if you give the child a unique first name then you should give them a little less of a unique middle name so when it comes time for them to go out into the business world, they have a choice of name to use.

I used to look at resumes and have a hard time pronouncing the first name sometimes and when the person came in for an interview they usually went with an abbreviated first name or their middle name.

This is why I took almost 9 months to name my daughter. A name that was practically staring me in the face, mind you but that's a whole other story. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
