Have you been able to decorate a nursery on a small budget?

One of my greatest accomplishments for 2003 (after my daughter, of course) was to decorate my daughter's nursery for less than $300. If I can figure out how to post some photos I will let everyone see because 1) I am extremely proud 2) It looks professionally done and for about 20 times more than actually cost. I will also post some tips on how to get the look for less.

I did most of my baby decorating at Walmart and Target. I just couldn't bring myself to go to stores like Babies R Us where they over charge for everything.
