WHAT:
19th Annual Red Wine & Chocolate Weekend. As a warm-up for Valentine's Day, come enjoy an endless array of wine and chocolate combinations, featuring speakers and specialists from Coco Pete (late of Pete's wicked Ale), Guittard Chocolates, Scharffenberger Chocolate, and the culinary specialists of Fetzer, led by Executive Chef Bridget Harrington. Music provided by Gentry Bronson. The truffles will be hand-rolled and shared with a reserve Syrah Port, and oversized strawberries dipped in Ghirardelli chocolate will be paired with a zinfandel. The Reserve library will be open for tasting, and Fetzer's own Belgian chocolate sauce will find its way to a variety of wonderful Cafe creations. This annual event draws nearly 1,000 people and is a wonderful mid-winter pick me up.
