With my first pregnancy, I took 4 pregnancy tests and they all came up negative, so I was in the hospital for 3 weeks because they could not figure out what was wrong with me!!! In fact, I didn't get a positive test back with my first pregnancy until I was five months along and my stomach was moving on its own!!!!!! Anyway, the second pregnancy I had pretty bad morning sickness, but this one has been pretty easy on me. And I never got "morning sickness" it was more like "all day and all night for four months sickness" lol

We need a Morning Sickness Hell Club. Just for those poor Mommies-to-be who can't catch a breath without feeling like the world tilted 24/7! Women who aren't experiencing mind-boggling nausea aren't allowed (no offense intended)
Holy Cow!! Negative tests all the way up to the fifth month?! That's scary. I think I would have been hollering for an ultrasound, then again on the first pregnancy it's hard to know what to ask for. I'm glad everything turned out well on that pregnancy.

I finally told them that there were three options, 1 aliens came down and impregnated me and thats why the tests aren't showing up... 2 the stories about eating a watermellon seed, and it growing in your stomach were true... or 3 I really WAS pregnant, and get me non sick NOW!!! hehe

On top of it all - I AM a wimp! Nausea gets to me worse than any illness I have ever had!!!
I agree, Cheryl. We need a MORNING SICKNESS HELL chatroom!!!!! Though looking at a pc screen and trying to type might not be the best fun when you are sick either....LOL.

My mantra through my first pregnancy was "it'll be worth it, it'll be worth it". I just kept repeating that over and over and over whenever I was hanging over those porcelain roses.
I was right, he was worth it. He's ten, almost 11 now and has bigger feet than I do and he's almost as tall. Beautiful too!

I'd like to join the morning sickness hell club!!! I am sick as I write this, and reading all your posts at least made me laugh (all though, sad to say, I am still sick). This is my first pregnancy, and I have been to the ER once for my dehydration as well. I have only a few people in my life who are concerned about me and my baby. I think the rest of my friends and family think that I am exaggerating. Because of this I haven't had a great support group surrounding me. But I do feel better knowing that the morning sickness hell club is out there!

Hi waterlily!! Welcome to the Morning Sickness Hell Club!! I know telling you "I know how you feel" doesn't help much - but I am thinking of you. Feel free to email me outside the forum if you ever want to chat. Also there are some VERY supportive chatters here and at http://babyzone.com (under CHAT & BOARDS). As long as you can sit at the keyboard, someone is out there ready to talk!! Kitty

Waterlily, I am right there with you! The first time my mother found out I was in the hospital, she came all the way down just to tell the doctors that I was a notorious fake, and not to believe a word I said! Anyway, needless to say, she's nuts The doctors pulled her aside and explained to her that both the baby and I were in real danger. She just looked disgusted, and I haven't seen her since (that was about a month ago) So don't worry, you need a shoulder come on in the forum and I'm sure each of us would be happy to be your zen shoulder (sorry to speak for everyone else )

I'm here too! I'm late as usual but I'm here. I don't think I've ever been on time in the last 11 years since having children. It does that to you, so reset that clock when the baby is born.
Seriously, it is a terrible feeling to feel alone, sick and pregnant all at the same time. It's worse when you feel like your family isn't supportive. Just remember one thing, you do NOT have to answer to your family. You only have to answer to that precious baby and say "I love you". That's it. Bully family members deserve a club of their own but good mommies don't say those words in front of their kids, imo. (I've got a few, so I know )
The good news is that the Pregnancy Hell Club is here for you. Feel free to tell us all about it.
