Like I siad I want to make a website but I no clue what I'm doing what should I do first? I heard that it is possible to make really good ones on a note pad is this true? if it is how do I do it? if not which program should I use? help me I am full of questions.

Sounds like you need to take the HTML 1 course at www.vu.org - signup for the next one will be towards the end of May and the next course starts in early June.
