May I share just a few things about my hair care.
I may be using the old fashion way to care for my hair -- when I go to the beauty shop they use Heat on my hair (hot comb and curling irons on my hair).

I do not oil my scalp and I might roll my hair about 4 times per month.

I use the sponge rollers but I do have other rollers as well.

No, my hair is not relaxed. I do not have any chemicals in my hair.

My hair is done like Madame C J Walker profession was --- the beautician uses heat on my hair, the hot comb and curling irons.

Do you find that you have to use special conditioners on it because of the heat?

No, the only conditioner that is placed on my hair is when the beautician does that after she washes my hair.

I do not even put oil on my scalp.
