Hi Marian,

I don't have a recipe, but we use a soy product called Nayonaise and it's great and only 35 calories a tablespoon. I believe you can only find it in health food stores. It's made by Nasoya, www.nasoya.com.

Never heard of it! Thanks so much! I can't wait to find it. I just moved to Las Vegas and haven't located any health food stores yet (haven't really had a chance to look). Hopefully I can find some good ones.

Hi, I'm trolling, but I had written a great (if I do say so myself <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> ) vegan mayonnaise recipe when I was hosting the site:

Spicy, Egg and Oil Free, Vegan Mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 lb. regular tofu, drained and crumbled
1 lemon, squeezed
1 � teaspoons ground coriander
3 garlic cloves, crushed
� cup cider vinegar
2 - 3 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons tarragon
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine all the mayonnaise ingredients and mix in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
