We each take a multivitamin, C, and occasional month-log cycles of echinacia during the cold season. I also sometimes take zinc. My husband also takes St. John's Wort a few times a day to regulate moods... I keep all the vitamins with the napkins, so when I set the table, I always remember to dole out the pills, too!
