I remember hearing about Sweet Potatoes or Yams (Can't remember which) that they are a really healthy food and have most of the nutrition in a serving than any other food. Does that make sense? lol

Blueberries are probably the healthiest fruit, for sure. They are low cal, high fiber, high in vitamins, and loaded with anti-oxidants. Plus they taste really good.

I think organic meat, vegetables, dairy produce and bakery is healthiest for you, and best for animal welfare and the environment too.

The trick is to eat the healthy food in a perfect amount.
I know how too combine food to get all vitamins and minerals in perfect quantity. E-mail me and tell me what kind of ingredients that you can't eat and what ingredients that you think are tasty. I will then calculate a recipe that contains all vitamins and minerals in recommended amount which is optimal for a healthy life in your age.

E-mail: alex82@spray.se

I calculate recipes how to get the recommended amounts of the following:

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)
Vitamin E (tocopherol)
Vitamin K

For me, chocolate is the healthiest food. When I don't have it for a day or so, my body goes haywire. Jittery, crabby, light headed. Tests showed that the sugar and other elements in the chocolate helps keep my body in balance.

I think the chocolate in the scientific studies is just the cocoa w/out all the sugar.

I would think that soybeans (edamame), seaweed, spinach, & broccoli probably fit up in there among the healthiest foods. They all contain several vitamins & iron, they only seem to lack protein. I think the Dr. had it right though, it takes a combination of foods to e truly healthy.

Raw Organic Produce. Macrobiotic diet with local organic foods. The local organic foods are grown in the same environment that we live in, they are handling the conditions (weather, pollution,...)and thriving. Persimmons, dew and blackberries, scuppernongs (muscadine grapes), sparkleberries (similar to wild blueberries), pecans; these all grow wild and organically on my property and when they are ripe I do not pack a lunch, I just bring peanut butter and bread and put them in the sandwich. But not the persimmons. I hope to start a blueberry patch this fall.
