Today we celebrate Mary. She said Yes to the Lord. Gabriel said that the Lord IS with you. He would always be with her. Elizabeth in her old age had conceived a child and she was in her sixth month. Mary went to be with her. Last spring my husband I were in Israel and we visited a number of these places. When we were at the place where Elizabeth lived, I could visualize the hill Mary traveled down to arrive at her cousin's home. Travel was not easy.
