For example, The Chicago Cubs won the world series in 2016 and while their ticket prices have stayed relatively the same, the increases for 2017 will price the family right out of the ballpark~
the average ticket price for seats in Wrigley Field will be up 19.5%!!
and the club box seats in the infield will be up by a whopping 31%!!!
And the home-opener premium seat will be: $409.00 !!
The Cubs organization cites the expliantation for ticket prices is the team needs to stay competitive, progress the changes at the field itself and the demand for tickets!
That's terrible!
