Over indulgence, and other holiday fun leaves our tummy's in rumbles.
Have a cup/mug full of chamomile tea, yes! The calming properties of chamomile calms and chases away inflammation in the tummy. Chamomile is also great for sleep as well. I'd use tea instead of drugs if it's at all possible.
