Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch and Pepsi with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, some of the pizza leftovers (did not eat the peperoni & green peppers and ate most of the top crust), Ruffles all dressed chips, white mushrooms and green onions pan fried in olive oil with spaghetti and tomato paste, a piece of the Maison Growin brownies, Ruffles all dressed chips, four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
