Where? Just leaving Kirkenes in the far north of Norway, not far from the Russian border. The weather all up the coast has been amazingly mild, though there was a tiny hint of arctic chill in the air in Kirkenes. The Sun was out when we arrived, but it's all clouded out now.
When I was here in March, we saw the partial solar eclipse.
