Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with yesterday's fresh bread (no crusts - butter), fried rice (vegetable oil + scallops + shrimps + white rice + green onions + soya sauce), some more of the rice, a salad (15% cream + iceberg lettuce), one Kinder surprise (Minions), Ritz sticks with cheese, Compliments straight cut fries pan fried in vegetable oil and ketchup, vanilla Oreo cookies, one cheeseburger with mustard (dad bought it from a cantine that is still open).

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
