Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), Christie premium plus salted top crackers, Cella's milk chocolate covered cherries in syrup, Christie premium plus salted top crackers, frozen broccoli and cauliflower and brussel sprouts (just boiled them), Les Aliments M&M poutine, golden Oreo cookies, pieces of a white onion and three white potatoes boiled then mashed with six small pork chops and Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
