Time for my 10pm #meditation - Meditation is a daily strengthening practice for your mind. It builds mental reserves for when you hit stress. It doesn't work to only meditate when you FEEL stress, because by then you're already in the quagmire. The aim is to meditate daily so you build the strength to not feel the stress when the challenges arise.
