Bee, astronomically, spring doesn't begin for another six weeks. And perhaps more importantly, meteorologically, it doesn't begin for nearly another four weeks. So I'm guessing that whatever the weather's like today, we're in for some more winter weather.
In fact, it's surprising that Punxsutawney Phil only has 39% success rate! (But of course, he's not Irish.)
