I went to a meeting last night and then had a telephone conversation about some of the things that were discussed. Later when I went to bed I kept rehashing the meeting in my mind although i think I was asleep. However, a few hours later, I got up and got a piece of paper and a pencil and wrote down a couple of things that were bothering me. Once I did that I was able to turn off the replay button and fall into a restful sleep.
