I had my salad yesterday. But I wonder with all that dressing if it is so healthy after all?

Yesterday, I had an Asian chicken salad with cabbages, greens, almonds and mandarin oranges.
Today, I will have a fresh spring mix topped with red onion, cucumber, carrots and avocado! And a homemade fresh lemon vinaigrette. Gosh, I love my avocado and lemon trees.
