I have been wanting to wear eyeliner for quite some time however I can never put it on correctly. I've tried the pencil, which is always flaky and the liquid which I always mess up. I've searched You Tube and watched a few videos however the person always makes it look wayyyy easier than it is for me.
What kind of eyeliner do you use and do you have any tips?
