The 59th Annual Cherokee National Holiday Intertribal Pow Wow commemorates the Cherokee Nation's constitution signed in 1839. This event on Friday and Saturday is FREE and open to the public. Friday's events start at 5pm and on Saturday at 2pm with Grand Entry at 8pm each day. Tahlequah is in eastern Oklahoma.

The 20th Annual Comanche Nationl Fair is Friday through Sunday in Lawton, OK. This year's theme honors the Comanche women with "I will walk in Her Path to make My Own." Events include the Pow Wow, a music festival and parade, a carnival for the kids, and several sporting events.
