FeelSoAlone, I'm glad you're considering exercise. What most people don't realize about exercise, however, is that you need 10 minutes of high-intensity exercise daily to combat depression. Don't do this all at once though if you're not used to exercise - work your way up!
Are you taking fish oil? How about Vitamin D? Both are important when fighting depression. Hang in there! I know things can get better for you.
