He wrote me asking why I hadn't left feedback yet. I said it was his job to leave it first - and he isn't doing it. It's unfortunately a hostage situation. I have a 100% rating and am not willing to risk that for this one person. Undoubtedly that is how he's getting away with his behavior, because people aren't willing to damage their own reputation by making public what he is doing.
