Yes I would order the cards now! Take them with you to the yoga sessions as a start and offer them to the instructor with your thanks, tell them you are linking to them and providing them free publicity. They will *love* that.
Before that, put a note on your site saying you're looking for someone who knows yoga to have lunch or dinner with, to learn some more about its background. Then when the instructor goes to your site they'll see it and perhaps send you a message
