I'm trying to get in the habit, of first thing in the morning, thinking of at least three things that i'm looking forward to in the day. I'm finding it helps me to be a happier person.
Today i'm looking forward to: 1. Seeing the movie tonight, The 300, with a friend of mine. 2. This afternoon going to meet friends to knit. 3. Having a REALLY GOOD cup of coffee!!! What are you looking forward to today?
This is a very positive way to start the day. Let me think of tomorrow:
Tomorrow, I'm looking forward to: 1. Get my lip waxed. (yes I'm serious). 2. Hanging some pictures (they've been taking up the dining room table). 3. DH coming in to say goodbye before he goes to work.
