If children create havoc is it their fault or their parent's fault?

What is Dave actually doing wrong in this forum? He is expressing himself without yelling, as respectfully as he knows how, and in the spirit of love. If I were to ignore him or boot him out what does that say about ME? Wouldn't I be doing the same thing that he is being accused of? Does ignoring him make him go away? No, Dave stays... if anyone wants to ignore him go right ahead.. but I will not do that to anyone.
