That's awesome Joanne! Yes a lot of it is water weight but don't let that discourage you. Because you're depleting carbs and building muscle your body is beginning to shed water but if you're losing inches (cm) then you're definitely losing bodyfat and that's the best thing that can happen (even more important than just weightloss).
