I like the idea of giving them to relatives. My aunt didn't have children and she kept stuff we made 30 years ago! One is a potholder that is threadbare now.

You covered pretty much anything I could think of...except why not consider visiting an senior citizen home and giving some of your child's "gifts" to a few elderly who don't get many visitors?

That's a lovely idea! That would be especially great for a class to do, rather than sending it home at all, or a scout troop. They get to create, with a purpose in mind!

I remember once when I was in brownies, we went to a retirement home and danced the can can for them. I bet they would have more appreciated art. ;-)
