What about the coffee marketed to be loaded with antioxidants? Are those any good?

I hadn't heard of special coffees with antioxidants. Do you have an example. Coffee all by itself has lots of antioxidants. I have an article on my health website about the health benefits of coffee drinking.

Your tip on using fruits & veggies is great. Its better to use natural things then chemicals to avoid wrinkles.

You always hear that getting 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies a day is good for you and this is why. Blueberries are on every superfood list you'll see.

Well did you know that Acai Berry can be one of the best berries out there that acts as a superfood. The Acai has a combined taste of a blend of berries and chocolate and is royal purple colored. It is packed with antioxidants, amino acids and essential fatty acids. Acai may not be available in the local supermarket, but is found in health and gourmet stores, in the juice form. You can also find its unsweetened pulp today which is a great form of acai. Just try it out and tell me if I am wrong smile

I stand by all Philosophy products natural ingredients that are great for my dry skin. Not so much into home remedies for the skin, takes too long but this comes closest to it.

Coffee although some studies have shown that it has health benefits, you have to remember that it also has dehydrating effects as well. It pulls water out of your system.

Hence dry dehydrated skin can be made worse with too much coffee.

In regards to taking anti-oxidents internally, if you do not have a functioning digestive system, you can take whatever you want but you won't receive the health benefits if your digestive system is not functioning properly.

I would reccomend a cleanse first or at the least pro-biotics (NOT THE YOGURT ACTIVA!! OR SIMILAR) prior to taking the antioxidents.

Personally I like greens I mix it with my protein shake in the AM fills me with energy!

Skyhaven: what i do with blueberries is wait till they are in season, then hit the farms markets. EXTREMLY CHEAP! and then i freeze them for use throught the winter!
