In light of one of the latest articles on the Cycling site, How to Replace an Inner Tube

I think that carrying a spare inner tube with you in case you get a puncture is a great idea, it'll save on the time and effort putting into repairing the puncture whilst you're on the go...

but what I'd love to know is what kind of experiences have you had with regard to puncture repair? Have you got any tips or tricks you'd like to share?
