Daniel Day-Lewis, three-time Academy Award winner, has announced that he will no longer work as an actor. The 60-year-old gave no reason for his decision. Day-Lewis is immensely private regarding his personal life, but this still comes as a shocker. He has one film yet to be released, "Phantom Thread", due out on Christmas Day. Day-Lewis is obligated to promote the film and will doubtless face a barrage of questions about his future plans. Does he plan to write and/or direct?
