Never! I am even against forgiveness when the guilty has shown remorse.
If you forgive but without letting that person back in your like then I applaud you for doing that (i will never be able to do that) but if you forgive and let that person stay in your life it is just an invitation for that person to keep hurting you.
What I especially find awful are the parents of murdered (or and raped + tortured + etc) children who forgive the person or people who did that to their child, some even go as far as meeting that evil monster and give him or her a hug! That is despicable!
