In the article you say "In Britain, sugars and milk or creams and lemon may be added to their tea, but China does prefer not adding them.". I think you may be confusing putting cream in tea, which I have never seen done, with a Cream Tea which is a light meal . Hope that helps

thanks for seeing this what I more aptly should have written is full-fat milk(full cream was its name long ago) it is simply whole milk with nothing added or nothing removed.

I shall correct that full-fat milk pronto.

P.s. I think I may well have been hungry also at the time of writing thinking of a scone and cream! haha.
