I couldn't agree more!!! I actually work out at the end of the day, usually a couple of hours before bed, and then, after I shower, it's almost like washing the day away.
This is so true. I have a few things that help me reduce stress but since my stress is from the people I live with I have basically no way out except for a few moments here and there. Stress attacks everything when it finds someone. Thankfully I have found a way out so it is less worst since then. Many people think stress just affects the mental aspects but no it does affect every aspects of the person who has stress.
