Excellent point Sumati. Thank you so much for posting! If a candidate can't arrive to an interview on time (the interviewer's first impression of them) how does the hiring manager know they will arrive to work on time?

Even if you do call to say you will be 10-15 minutes late - it's still not a good impression!
