I love BBQ! Every year we all get together and BBQ & then head on down to the Rodeo. It has been a tradition with my family handed down from generations. My favorite BBQ meal is as follows (I even included the recipe) laugh

BBQ hamburgers:

Ingredients
2 lbs/900 g lean ground beef
4 green onions, chopped
4 tsp Watkins Meat Magic
1 tsp Watkins Cilantro
1/2 tsp Watkins Sage
1/2 tsp Watkins Onion & Garlic Pepper
1/2 tsp Watkins Seasoning Salt
8 hamburger buns

Topping:

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup jalapeno mustard
2 tsp Watkins Chipotle Liquid Spice

Directions
Combine topping ingredients; refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine all burger ingredients in a large bowl and form into 8 patties about 3/4 inch/20 mm thick. Grill about 15 minutes, turning once, or until desired doneness is reached. Serve on buns with topping (or offer Watkins Steak Sauce, for guests who don't want mayonnaise).

Potatoe salad
10 potatoes pealed and cut into 1 1/2 inch slices boiled till just tender
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped green onions
8 hard boiled eggs chopped into fourths
1 cup dill pickles chopped (medium chop)
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp/15 mL Watkins Parsley
1/2 tsp Watkins Calypso Hot Pepper Sauce
1 cup mayo (not Miracle Whip)
mix all ingredients together. Best if refridgerated for a couple hours to let the flavors meld. You mad add more may or less mayo depending on how creamy you like your potatoe salad.

chips & a relish tray
I do strawberyy shortcake for desert! YUM
