We try to eat more natural sugars around here. Apples, Clementines, and blueberries are favorites.
OOPS! Forgot the grapes...all colors, seeded or not, we love them.
Be aware of hidden sugars in prepared foods. Also, low cal foods often have hidden artificial sweeteners.
There are some things that your body processes into sugar right away. Most foods made with white flour like pasta, bread, and crackers fall into this category.
