Keep on top of things that you need to finish AND take a bit of time out of your day to be mindful through meditation.
Depending on the situation, I still have a great deal of anxiety with ADD symptoms. It usually stems from putting off something that must be completed, but I have difficulty starting. Does anybody else have trouble with this? Once I get started, my anxiety level drops.
