I have started that quiet conversation with myself. How about you? Have you set aside some time just for you?
I'm working at organization. My yahoo and g-mail are now organized.
Today, it is all about managing stress and being effective at work.
Stress managed, fairly effective, and really tired tonight! I will have to get things done in the morning.
Today, I am working on starting my day earlier and ending it earlier. I am at my best in the early morning, while evening hours are a problem when it comes to motivation.
It's a good thing that I was working on calmness today! My day started with me getting the "blue screen of death" on my main computer. ICK! I haven't been able to get it to come back up at all. So, wouldn't you agree that calmness is a good quality to practice?
