Try to do just one thing today to convince yourself of your own worth.

Some ideas:
Eat well.
Exercise.
Take a moment to meditate on positive things.
Take a relaxing bath.
Journal your feelings.
Breathe.
Wonderful. It is so important to value yourself and to treat yourself kindly.

Positive thought for the day:

I know it's a little bit cliche but I think some things are meant to happen in our lives that we can't stop.

It's so powerful to remind yourself each day that you are blessed in what you have. So many others in our world struggle just to eat food.

I like the quote

Be the change you wish to see in the world.

We each need to do our part. We were invested in by our community - given an education, provided with roads, and so on. We should do something to help our community be a better place.
