I want to know if non fat dry milk ( powder milk)could be my fountain of animal protein. I lift weights.
Are there any adverse reaction about drinking too much powder milk? Could I "eat " it as a paste form more than the liquid form (so I can asimilate more without too much liquid)
Or Is it as bodybuilder protein that can damage internal organs.....

Adolfo,

I'm not sure why you think eating a ton of one kind of protein is somehow not going to have the same adverse effects that eating too much of another causes. Since the body is going to break down the protein in milk into the same amino acids as it does with meat, or any other source of protein, I'm pretty sure the same damage could happen.

I think it'd even be worse because not only would you have protein overload problems, but many adults become lactose intolerant so now you could also run into all the lactose issues as well. It's like double jeopardy <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
