What kinds of sweaters do you most enjoy knitting?

I am a raglan fanatic.

I enjoy two color knitting - so I most enjoy fair isle and Norwegian sweater knitting.
I have a Norwegian sweater I am knitting for my teenage daughter that I hope to finish this autumn.
I am looking forward to knitting in the cool autumn weather - a great time for sweater knitting.

I would love to do more color knitting... but in California, it's too warm to wear Fair Isle or Norwegian sweaters.

I do, however, want to try a Fair Isle hat.

Are your raglans solid color or do they have another design, Korie? What kinds of knitting are most practical for wearing in California?
