We have had a lot of issues with spammers coming in and posting many urls so we've had to change the security on the forum.

Once you make 50 posts then you can use the UBB code. To do this you would simply write [url=the website]the website[/url] in your post.

It is a shame that spammers have caused us to change these rules. And I hope that after your 50 posts we can learn more about the recipes you are referring to.
