I have not tried that recipe, Lila, but it sounds really good! I have had lettuce wraps before with chicken and really like it. I will try yours soon and let you know what we think. Bet my daughter would like that - she is on a diet.

I made the Chicken Lettuce Wraps for dinner tonight and they were wonderful! They taste identical to the ones we order from PF Chang's. We are trying to cut down on the salt in our diets so I used low sodium teriyaki sauce and low sodium soy sauce and it didn't sacrifice the flavor at all.

Your instructions are perfect. By the way, I love the Viva paper towels as well. They are a little more expensive than some of the other brands but definitely worth it!
